As a major client of Razorfish, O2 is making constant improvements across its site. This brief was focused on O2’s online store offering. It required a lot of critical improvements which were designed to bring it in line with the company’s new tariffs and bolt-ons. We clarified how a lot of the data was displayed and removed any misleading ‘up sells’. This brief gave us the opportunity for designing an active mini basket – a new feature for the site, designed to be unobtrusive and quick to use, helping keep track of multiple orders without having to constantly check the main basket page.
